  1. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE, BY PHONE, OR SIMPLY DROP-BY:

    Our highly professional service staff will greet you wearing masks the moment you pull up for service. Our team members are fully prepared with all the proper equipment to ensure you experience a NO-CONTACT visit. We’ll then show you where to position your vehicle for assessment so we can determine your service needs, with absolutely no contact.

  2. ARRIVE & STAY INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE, NO NEED TO GET OUT JUST YET:

    We will complete the initial assessment of your vehicle’s service needs while you wait inside your vehicle. While following all social distancing protocol, we’ll discuss your service needs with you and conduct a multi-point inspection at no charge to you. We’ll then share with you our service recommendations.

  3. WAIT IN THE SAFETY AND COMFORT OF OUR NO-CONTACT LOUNGE:

    If our technicians need full access to your vehicle, to complete your service needs, we’ll invite you to wait in our fully sanitized customer lounge. We’ve created a space that allows guests to sit six feet apart, and our team members are repeatedly cleaning all areas. Every necessary precaution has been taken to ensure your wait experience at Ed Morse is both sanitized and comfortable.

  4. RECEIVE YOUR THOROUGHLY SANITIZED VEHICLE:

    Using vehicle sanitization equipment, our service center meticulously treats all parts of your vehicle with a disinfecting solution to ensure your vehicle is completely safe and sterile when you receive it back from us. From the steering wheel and dash to your consoles, cupholders, and even your keys, you can ride home with confidence, knowing your entire vehicle has been treated for complete sanitization.

  5. FINALIZE YOUR BILL:

    All necessary signatures and payments can be retrieved and completed with the help of our electronic signature software that is continuously sanitized after every use.

  6. DRIVE HOME 100% SATISFIED:
